Rental Requirements

Renters must present a valid driver’s license. Temporary or paper Texas licenses are accepted only when accompanied by the expired physical license.

All renters must carry liability insurance that meets state legal requirements. Depending on your existing coverage, you may still need to purchase a damage waiver. If you don't have proof of insurance, contact us to learn about our available damage waiver options.

Please note:

• A minimum 3-day rental is required to purchase our damage waiver.
• Credit card coverage is not accepted.
• Your insurance policy must have been active for more than 30 days.

A valid physical payment card—debit, credit, Cash App, or Chime—with the renter’s name printed on it must be on file. While we do accept cash in some cases, all deposits must be made on a physical card in the name of the renter.

Our vehicles may only be driven within Texas unless an Out-of-State fee is paid in advance. Fees vary depending on the destination state's distance from Texas.

A security deposit is required for all vehicle rentals and will be placed on hold. This deposit is separate from your rental payment and cannot be applied toward the rental cost or any extensions.
