Cancellation Policy

• A credit/debit card in their name with sufficient funds to cover the security deposit. This is non-negotiable.
• A valid driver’s license issued more than one year ago. Digital licenses will not be accepted.
• The primary driver must be at least 25 years of age.
• Insurance Requirement: The rental car must be insured at the time of pick-up. If you plan to use your own auto insurance, it's essential to confirm with your provider that your policy extends coverage to rental vehicles. For those without personal coverage, we offer insurance for an extra fee.
